I go in spurts when it comes to exercising. I do really, really good and then something comes up and the next thing I know…it’s been days since I’ve done anything. I can’t decide if I do better at a gym or in my own home. It’s hard to find time to go to the gym. By the time I get there, do my work out, get home, shower and get ready, it feels like half the day is gone. But, if I try to just do it at home, it’s so easy for something to come up and the exercising gets pushed aside.
So what I need is accountability and a little bit of a challenge. Lara Kulpa, who is one of the most gorgeous girls I have ever met, is having an October challenge and it’s all about exercising. It’s called the October Challenge 1000 and she is challenging us to do 1000 minutes of exercise. I am all for that!

I've been making a living on the web for about 7 years now. I fell in love with building content websites and then, well, blogging fell into my lap. The rest is history. LOL, you’re welcome. So far I am doing pretty good. I hired a personal trainer and start my first session Wed (October 8th). Thursday I will probably just stay in bed because I won’t be able to get up.

Goca - Nah, it averages out to 30 minuted a day. Not bad, unless you skip a day and have to make it, lol. Not that I’ve done that *cough*
Lina - It is SO hard to stay motivated sometimes. I hired a personal trainer, so now with Lara’s challenge and a pt, I have 2 people to answer to.

Okay gang, 1000 minutes in 31 days is NOT a lot. It’s 32.25 minutes a day, every day.
But no one kept up with it, so I’m afraid it went no where.

Sometimes I exercise a lot and then reward myself for it by eating sweets. Then those sweets easily put back the weight a lost. I know, It’s a bad habbit.

Hey Lara! I have actually been doing my exercising and keeping up with it pretty well. I forgot I was supposed to send you an update every Sunday.

Oh,its sounds deadly exercise for me imagine 1000 minutes. But you are so beautiful julie i like your body. It is necessary exercise everyday but I’m tired to do that. Thanks the post but i wish you put another picture soon.
